To combat this struggle, FCA purchased 50 additional passenger planes and hired of 300 new employees; however, customers are still frustrated by the long wait times experienced when scheduling flights by phone. As a result, FCA has hired Lewis Consulting to create and implement an Airline Reservation System (ARS) that will be accessible as an application for the Samsung Galaxy S6 smartphone. This Software Requirements Specification (SRS) outlines the steps taken to create a working solution for the initial deployment of the FCA reservation system.
